No, Not usually.  There are some instances when a property or business is difficult to insure due to it’s location or claims history or other underwriting concerns and we are forced to consider insurance plans known as excess or surplus lines insurance.  If there are any additional fees for buying insurance through us, we’ll let you know in advance.
