Property & Casualty Insurance CSR/Account Manager – North Phoenix, Arizona

As an Property & Casualty Insurance Account Manager, you would be responsible for answering calls from existing clients and processing endorsements or changes to their policies, assisting with any claims, billing questions, payments or questions about their insurance coverage.  You would also be responsible for reviewing annual renewals and making contact with clients each year to review coverage.

Requirements:  Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License, Excellent customer service skills, Documentation Skills in Agency Management Systems, Follow Up Skills, Setting Tasks & Reminders.

This is an in-office position. Our Insurance Agency is located off the 101 Freeway and I-17 in North Phoenix, Arizona.
