Property & Casualty Insurance Agent – North Phoenix, AZ

As a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, your responsibilities would include:

1. Answering calls from prospective clients requesting insurance quotes, gathering their information and entering in Agency Management and Rating System (EZLYNX) for quoting their insurance.
2. Reviewing insurance quotes with prospects via phone or in office.  The insurance products sold would include: Auto, Home, Condo, Landlord, Motorcycle, Watercraft Insurance, Life & some commercial insurance such as business auto insurance.
3. In this position, you would follow up with prospects you have provided insurance quotes and close the sale of their insurance policies. You would also be responsible for obtaining payments and sending their insurance applications for e-signature.
4. Answering calls for service from existing clients who have questions about their insurance or want to make changes and process endorsements to their insurance policies, collecting payments or other inquiries.  Notating the information about your call with the client in our AMS (agency management system).

Requirements:  Excellent customer service skills, documentation skills in agency management systems, prior experience working in an insurance agency, currently licensed in property and casualty insurance.  This is an in-office position, NOT remote.  Our North Phoenix, Arizona Insurance agency is located off the 101 freeway and I-17.
